I appreciate the features and network stability of OpenPhone, which come at a low cost and help maintain organized relationships. The multiple options keep everything in one place and adding comments and important details to contact info is very streamlined. My work experience has been great. I do have a suggestion for OpenPhone - if a media section could be added for contacts, it would make accessing all files (photos, documents, etc.) easier without having to scroll extensively. This additional feature would be beneficial for everyone.
