I have been using Ontraport for over 6 years and I find it to be an excellent tool, although it is best suited for advanced users. It is comprehensive for marketing automations and sophisticated marketing campaigns, including lead generation and sales, even one-click upsells. However, I believe the user interface could be improved, especially in terms of metrics and reports. It is quite complex and requires numerous filters to find what I need. I switched to Ontraport because I needed better marketing campaigns. I appreciate the vendor's response and their acknowledgement of the learning curve associated with the app. They have launched Ontraport University, which offers over 150 video lessons on all things Ontraport, and it is free for all users.

Ontraport is my go-to "DO IT YOURSELF" platform, offering key business features like marketing automation, a robust CRM system, and excellent email delivery. It's my preferred choice for email marketing campaigns. I'm especially impressed with Ontraport Sales and its client automation documents. Their customer support is efficient and always ready to assist when I face any issues. However, I find their mobile app features less flexible. For the best experience, I recommend using their desktop version. I also suggest they enhance their email tracking for each individual user. The vendor responded to my feedback in December 2020, stating they are working on the mobile app and appreciated my positive review.
