The monday-sales-crm software gave us a central hub for our sales, marketing, and operations data, complete with tools for visualizing results. We valued the data segmentation feature and the excellent visualization of this segmented data. The ability to create custom dashboards was a standout feature for us. However, we did wish for the ability to view these dashboards on our digital signage displays via a URL. We opted for monday sales CRM as it allowed us to further customize the app without the need for many "power ups". We transitioned to monday sales CRM due to its wider range of offerings and greater customization options.

Excellent for Small Businesses Seeking Advanced Solutions Beyond Excel
We switched from a cheaper version of Salesforce to Monday Sales CRM as it offered more features and better value for money. It quickly adapted to our management needs in the firework industry, proving to be a versatile platform. However, generating some reports requires creating hidden columns to manipulate data, which isn't always user-friendly. Despite this, we find Monday Sales CRM simpler to train and use.

Monday.com: A Game-Changer for Cybersecurity System Integration
I started using Monday.com as a Sales CRM at my previous job at LAB LTD and later introduced it to my current company, Neutrino, which operates under both MSSP and Classic Integrator models. I've implemented this software in two different companies and in both instances, I was the one who decided to use Monday.com. At Neutrino, a Cybersecurity Oriented System Integrator, we've found that all types of deals can be easily managed on Monday.com and the workflow is very smooth. Our MSSP SOC team processes are fully integrated into Monday.com, automating everything. Tasks that used to take up to 8 minutes now only take 40 seconds. As of now, I have no major complaints about the product. However, I do hope that in the future, cross-boarding will be supported to allow data to be shared across different boards.

Over 2 Years with Monday-Sales-CRM: Exceeding All Expectations
I have been using Monday.com for over 2 years and it has been a crucial part of our operations. However, a few months ago, they released an update that disrupted our system without any warning. This incident made me realize that we cannot fully depend on it. When we voiced our concerns, they seemed dismissive. We were not the only ones affected, as they had to retract the update due to the number of customers impacted and reschedule it for next January. Although I'm glad they acknowledged the severe consequences of their actions, it also highlighted the vulnerabilities in our systems. Despite this, I still believe it's a great software and I'm grateful for its contributions to our business so far.

I have used Monday with two startups and an enterprise role, and it has become a crucial part of our business operations. It's user-friendly and visually easy to understand, allowing us to effortlessly update our pipelines. As a small business, we managed to purchase, deploy, and incorporate it into our daily routine in less than two days. However, the lack of Gmail integration is a significant drawback for us. We wish Monday.com could automatically track and associate emails related to a deal. Emailing from within Monday.com isn't ideal for us as not all emails are deal-specific. A Gmail integration where I could link an email with a deal or contact from within Gmail would be fantastic. We switched to Monday sales CRM from Hubspot because it was becoming too expensive, the interface wasn't great, and we had prior experience with Monday.com.

Thrilled with Monday.com Experience
This is my second time using Monday.com and my first time using their CRM. I appreciate the automations and find the interface simple, user-friendly, and enjoyable. However, there have been some technical glitches causing the system to crash, which is problematic as we heavily depend on Monday.com. Fortunately, these issues are typically resolved quickly. I chose Monday Sales CRM for its familiarity, cost, and the aesthetics of the interface.

Highly Non-intuitive and Challenging to Use
I find the software, monday-sales-crm, very unintuitive and hard to use. The Workflow Automation videos are outdated and don't match the current board. It's impossible to use a template in email automation, forcing me to type each one manually. I've given up and am here to express how difficult it is to use. I believe it's a very poor software and caution others about using it.

We were initially excited about monday.com, but our enthusiasm waned after interacting with our Product Consultant. Despite our team being small, we were disappointed by her lack of interest. The product was excellent and the support was impressive, but the dismissive attitude from the sales representative, regardless of our willingness to pay for extra licenses, led us to abandon the product.

I've had quite an interesting journey with the monday-sales-crm software. Over the past couple of months, I've sent four postcards to my son, who is a Marine OCS Candidate, and he received one. This software has a unique interface that offers a bit of a challenge, which I find quite engaging. It's not your typical CRM software, it keeps you on your toes! The system feedback regarding message delivery is minimal, which adds a bit of mystery to the process. The one postcard my son did receive had a distinctive quality to it, resembling an inkjet print, which gave it a unique, vintage feel.

Overall, I absolutely love using Monday. I use it daily for managing clients and projects in my business. I find it so useful that I've even started offering it as a service to my customers. The best thing about Monday is its ability to map out any process within my business, allowing me to delegate tasks and keep track of projects at various stages.Monday.com provides a wide range of templates, but I find creating my own incredibly easy. I prefer to customize my own or modify existing templates to fit my business operations. The problem with pre-made software is that every business is unique, and creating a custom system can be expensive. However, Monday.com is a system that can be perfectly tailored to every aspect of your business without the need for a custom system.The main downside I've noticed with Monday compared to other CRM systems is how it handles client data and customer storage. Clients are essentially just items on a board, similar to any other item on any board.
