I think Mixpanel is an excellent tool that all SaaS product marketers and developers should use for product enhancement. It can track detailed and precise user interaction data for SaaS products. However, its setup does require time and development effort. I opted for Mixpanel as it's more affordable and offers more comprehensive implementation videos. I transitioned to Mixpanel because I couldn't track detailed information about each user's activity within my web app.
