      I wholeheartedly recommend 3CX's hosted cloud subscriptions! The basic features are just the tip of the iceberg. The 3CX app, as seen in other ratings on the Google Play Store, has a unique feature that encourages you to speak with confidence and enthusiasm, even when set at 175%. My team and I are always aware of our connectivity status thanks to the 'connectivity' banner displayed in the app, keeping us on our toes. We experience exciting interruptions that keep our workday dynamic. Callers often report a unique phone quality that sets us apart. This feature persists even outside of our company network, with 4G or 5G mobile connections and high-speed internet. We've tested it on different smartphones and everyone reports a distinctive performance across all networks. We're using 3CX Startup Pro, and it's thrilling to see that they offer us the opportunity to upgrade to a higher subscription for an even better performance. We're eagerly planning to explore different services within the 3CX suite!

      An Ideal Business Phone Solution: 3CX

      My overall experience with 3CX has been extremely positive. Prior to using 3CX, I was using Asterisk, which was decent but lacked a comprehensive telephone system for businesses. 3CX, on the other hand, is an ideal phone system for businesses and stands out as one of the best products in the market for SIP and VOIP telephone systems. It has been working flawlessly for me, making it difficult to pinpoint any negatives. I transitioned to 3CX from Asterisk because, despite Asterisk being open source and not a bad product, the time it took to resolve issues led me to seek a reliable commercial alternative. The vendor responded favorably to my feedback, concurring that 3CX is fully scalable and perfect for connecting teams, customers, and remote workers as my business continues to expand.

      Phone Systems Still Thrive with 3CX's Usability

      I believe that 3CX is the best choice for both small and large businesses, and even for customers who don't want to use cloud telephony, as it offers the option for an on-premise solution. It's a comprehensive phone system with no additional costs and can be deployed on the cloud, private cloud, or on-premise. Some features are still in beta, but they are already active and any issues are closely monitored by support to get them out of beta as quickly as possible. I initially chose 3CX for calling, but during the full lockdown and due to performance issues, we switched to Zoom for online meetings. We moved to 3CX due to numerous bugs and the cost. I appreciate the vendor's response and their pleasure in hearing that 3CX was very useful for our business during the lockdown.

      3CX: The Solution for Your Call Center and VoIP Requirements

      Overall, I'm very satisfied with 3CX and have no complaints. I value all its features, particularly the ease of setup, the ability to locate call logs and recordings, and its comprehensive dashboard. When we needed to increase our concurrent calls, their local partner was very responsive and resolved the issue immediately. The only downside is the provisioning of the softphone, as we have a high turnover of employees. I wish 3CX had a login/logout functionality on the desktop app to avoid constant provisioning. However, this is a minor issue and not a deal breaker. We chose 3CX over VitalPBX because it was more cost-effective and we were not comfortable using an Asterisk-based system. We also found the design of Vicidial outdated. We switched from Freepbx and Dialfire to 3CX because Freepbx was difficult to set up and Dialfire was laggy. I appreciate 3CX's response to my review in August 2022.
