Overall, I am quite satisfied with the Livesession software. I appreciate their excellent customer support, who are open to feedback and quickly implement new features, making them more attractive than other major competitors. The progress they've made over the year I've been using the service is impressive. The product works better with SPA applications than most competitors. However, it's not 100% reliable. Occasionally, recorded sessions don't play correctly due to style issues, but this happens rarely.

I find LiveSession extremely user-friendly, allowing me to easily filter and replay recorded sessions of website users. It assists our clients in understanding user trends and identifying misuse of their confidential content on their websites. It also helps my team in troubleshooting occasional software or browser compatibility issues. The user interface is straightforward and easy to navigate. The customer service is exceptional and the pricing is very reasonable. I am a fully satisfied user and will continue to recommend LiveSession to our clients. Although some administrative features are not yet available, the owner of LiveSession quickly provided a temporary solution for us. I chose LiveSession for its excellent customer service, simple user experience, and fair pricing. I switched to LiveSession because the package pricing of our previous service became unreasonable and they showed no consideration for existing clients.

I have tested nearly every recording tool on the market, but LiveSession has proven to be the best in terms of cost and quality. The recordings are impeccable and the app loads swiftly. The support team is incredibly responsive and friendly. The software provides quick loading of recordings, flawless recording without any HTML/CSS issues, and custom variables for filtering recordings. It also offers the option to skip recordings with no or minimal clicks, meaning not everything is recorded. I chose LiveSession for its performance and UI/UX. I switched to LiveSession because other tools had problems such as slow loading of recordings, some not loading at all, and numerous HTML/CSS glitches that hindered accurate recording.

I find LiveSession easy to use right from the start and whenever I run into any issues, their team provides excellent and quick support. It possesses all the features that its competitors have, in addition to personal support. The technical documentation isn't as comprehensive as other tools, but this can be compensated by directly reaching out to the developers. They only provide data retention for 1 month and 3 months. I would prefer the option to retain data for a year, even if it requires additional payment. I switched to LiveSession because of its user interface, its extensive features, and because other platforms were not recording all of our users.

I find LiveSession user-friendly, but it occasionally struggles with accurate capture and has CSS issues. I wish it had more features like user drop-off identification and heat maps. I opted for LiveSession over FullStory due to the latter's high cost.
