Ensure Clarity & Understanding Before Committing to Purchase
I attempted to use CallHippo but was disappointed by their support team's lack of understanding due to their insufficient knowledge. It felt like they were more focused on selling their product than understanding my needs. I would advise others to discuss their use case with the support team before making a purchase. I also encountered problems with not receiving SMS for verification, and not receiving calls for verification from Google Voices, Gmail, Google Adwords, and Upwork. I would recommend getting all responses via email as evidence for potential refunds, as they seemed hesitant to refund my money. Their automated mailer was also intrusive, even during calls with them. I switched to CallHippo because they offered SMS verification and phone calls from Google Voices, Gmail, Google Adwords, and Upwork. However, they were unable to find my information in their data tools when I voiced my concerns.
