Adore Smith.ai Chat!
I absolutely love the Smith.ai website chat. As a small business owner, I can't manage such a feature in-house. Smith.ai offers this chat feature 24/7, which is extremely helpful for my clients who might be too nervous to make the first phone call or need assistance outside of business hours. As a lawyer, this feature has been very beneficial for my clients. The Smith.ai Website Chat also integrates flawlessly with my CRM/case management software, greatly enhancing my business. I've tried other companies, but Smith.ai is by far the best. There's nothing I would change about it. The vendor responded to my review in September 2020, expressing their pleasure that their chat solution has provided comfort for my clients and integrated seamlessly with my existing CRM software.

TERRIBLE!!! This is probably the worst company I've ever dealt with. I'm not a disgruntled customer - there's no specific incident where they upset me. I've been working with them for over a year and it's been a constant display of incompetence. They've squandered our ad budget, lost us customers, and wasted hours of our time. I urge you not to make the mistake of choosing them, as there are real costs to switching once you do. We've been so busy with our business we haven't had time to switch, but I assure you we will. Stay clear!!!
