      I absolutely love the Smith.ai website chat. As a small business owner, I can't manage such a feature in-house. Smith.ai offers this chat feature 24/7, which is extremely helpful for my clients who might be too nervous to make the first phone call or need assistance outside of business hours. As a lawyer, this feature has been very beneficial for my clients. The Smith.ai Website Chat also integrates flawlessly with my CRM/case management software, greatly enhancing my business.       TERRIBLE!!! This is probably the worst company I've ever dealt with. I'm not a disgruntled customer - there's no specific incident where they upset me.
