I had a disappointing experience with Smith-AI. I resorted to their service due to its subpar quality. Interacting with their administration was extremely frustrating as I was constantly shuffled between different people. When I attempted to cancel, their representatives only tried to persuade me to stay. Even after cancellation, they kept charging my credit card. I've been contesting these overcharges for half a year, but they've only agreed to refund two months. I'm now compelled to dispute these charges with my credit card company. Luckily, I have email proof dating back to the cancellation date.
