Top Value for Money in CRM Solutions
I rarely need to use SalesMate's tech support, but when I do, they are quick and highly responsive. I am very satisfied with SalesMate overall. It provides a nearly complete feature set that competes with pricier CRMs. I am particularly impressed with its Google integration, excellent template capabilities, workflow features, and forecasting. It also doesn't limit the size of my contacts. However, I wish the contact integration between SalesMate and Google Apps was bidirectional, as it currently only works from Google Apps to SalesMate. The Google Widget is comprehensive but takes up too much space on my laptop screen. I would also like to see a lead scoring feature.

This is my first paid CRM and I'm generally pleased with it, despite the cost. I like its design and extensive features. It's user-friendly and easy to understand. However, it operates slowly on my laptop and phone. Also, I get multiple notifications for one email, which can be annoying when it appears four times on my screen.

Good news for those still hunting for the perfect CRM!
I have been using Salesmate for many years to manage my multiple businesses and it has been a pleasure to use. I have tried many other software before finding this one, and I can honestly say that it brings me joy every day. I only use the basic service, so I can't comment on the more advanced features that others have had issues with. However, I have noticed that the software evolves quickly, new features are always excellent, any bugs are fixed promptly, and the customer support is outstanding. I have found a fantastic partner for my business in Salesmate. Despite being a small company, they offer the best online CRM I have found after years of searching. I highly recommend them.

Likely the Best CRM Software
In my opinion, Salesmate is probably the best CRM program available. I've extensively reviewed about 5 CRMs and used five in my business, and Salesmate stands out. Its VOIP integration works very well, unlike other CRMs. A significant advantage is its mobile app that syncs data with the desktop. It allows tracking of activities, appointments, texts, emails, tasks, notes, calls, etc., for each client. However, it's not perfect. It can export activities but not texts and emails, which is a downside. Despite this, no other CRM matches its functionality. It's customizable for various industries. As an attorney, I find it very effective in tracking multiple cases for individual clients. It could improve in some areas, like it only allows attaching documents to emails that are less than 1mb, which is below the current industry standard of 2mb. The mobile app doesn't link phone calls for contacts with deals for incoming calls, requiring manual linking later. The mobile app could also be more user-friendly. Customer service is good but not perfect. Data migration to Salesmate can be challenging, especially with complex data, and their customer service is limited in this regard. Despite these, I still rate this company
