I find Salesflare generally user-friendly, particularly in tracking opportunities. However, I find the process of adding contacts quite confusing and time-consuming as I have to do it manually every day. I wish it was more automated and had a mass dismiss or complete task option. I don't feel like it significantly improves my sales funnel. It seems designed for daily use and constant updates, which leaves me behind if I take a few days off. In response to my feedback, the vendor has added bulk actions for tasks and opportunities, which should improve my experience. They also mentioned their automation of data input, like suggesting known contacts and gathering data for them, which should help reduce the need for constant system use. They acknowledged that some things still need action and assured me they are working on it.

I find Salesflare great as it minimizes the need for data entry, particularly when introducing new leads. It syncs with email systems and scans for signatures with phone numbers, addresses, etc. It also integrates with apps like Calendly and calendar apps to record meetings. I value the visual organization of the pipeline in different stages. However, I found it less effective in a B2C context as fields like company name are vital. I also tested their email marketing feature, but it lacked reply-detection, so I stuck with my other tool. I switched to Salesflare because it required less input, even though I liked the simplicity of Highrise.

Overall, I'm extremely pleased with Salesflare. It ensures I don't lose leads or forget important details. It aligns perfectly with my sales rhythm and I'm so happy with it that I've been encouraging all my entrepreneur friends to use it. I'm not an affiliate, so I don't get paid for this. The software keeps getting better and each new feature is well-documented. Salesflare is user-friendly, customizable, and does exactly what I need. I appreciate that it's a CRM focused on sales, because without sales, there's no business. I can tailor it to fit my exact sales rhythm and easily send out an email campaign to my contacts. The email program in Salesflare is excellent, allowing me to personalize my emails and track them. However, there are a few minor downsides. I can't create a true Drip Campaign in Salesflare as it's not an email marketing software.
