Disappointing Experience with Freshteam
I haven't found any value in Freshteam despite paying a significant amount. There's no customer support and it's difficult to identify bugs. The development team struggles to fix these issues and often requires me to provide proof and share my screen recordings. The software doesn't sync candidate emails with their profiles, making me constantly check my email. I also can't upload resumes or offer letters in Word format, I have to convert them to PDF first. There are many more problems, but these should give you an idea.

However, after signing up, I discovered that a crucial feature was missing from the package I selected - the ability to post jobs in different cities or states. Currently, my job posting locations are limited. I initially chose Freshteam over other options because of its price, but I'm thinking about switching to JazzHR soon as it provides all the features I need.
