Airtable and Notion are versatile productivity platforms requiring minimal technical skills and no coding. They share common use cases like project management, CRM, and content planning. However, their strengths differ significantly. Starting as a note-taking tool, Notion excels in document and information management. It now offers adaptable features for a wide range of applications, focusing on document and knowledge management. A good illustration of this is its customizable wikis, powerful tools for organizing and sharing information in your organization.
In comparison, Airtable shines when it comes to managing large relational databases, making it ideal for tasks like inventory management. If you’re used to Google Sheets or Excel, you’ll find Airtable’s spreadsheet-based interface intuitive for handling structured data. It enables you to easily navigate your data by creating links between records. While Notion does offer database features, they can be less customizable and slower...

Notion WAS Amazing, But Not Anymore
I used to think Notion was fantastic, having used it for 4 years and finding it far superior to Confluence, Evernote, and similar tools. However, now I consider it just another poor tool. The search function doesn't work, the AI is a gimmick, and the new Q&A feature can't even answer basic questions.

Notion: Unleashing the Power of the Ultimate Digital Workspace!
The ability to store, edit, import, and work all in one place with Notion is simply amazing. It offers a vast array of features and benefits that can elevate any business. I particularly appreciate the ability to share workspaces and templates with colleagues worldwide. There are also numerous free templates available online and in new marketplaces to help get started quickly. An added bonus is the opportunity to make money by creating and selling Notion templates in any niche, as the market is still unsaturated. I'm excited to see what the creators will do with this incredible tool, as the possibilities seem limitless. As a beginner, using Notion can sometimes be challenging and frustrating. For example, importing a completed Notion resource into my own is easy, but starting new projects can be vexing, especially as I dislike reading manuals and watching tutorials. However, this might be more about my stubbornness than Notion being difficult to use. Overall, there's very little about Notion that I don't like.

Love the tool, but customer service is a ghost.
I appreciate the tool, however, its search function could improve. I also believe it needs more security in its business subscription. The customer service is non-existent, which is a major issue. They either don't respond or provide a brief response that raises more questions, then ignore you.
