Simplest Task Organizer on the Market.
I find Todoist to be a fantastic task organizer app. It's affordable, reliable, and user-friendly. If you're seeking a simple way to manage your team's projects, Todoist is the perfect solution. It's easy to use, has an intuitive UI/UX, is reasonably priced, and can be installed directly on your computer. It's also very versatile. While it may have fewer features than some other providers, I don't mind because most of those features aren't useful to me anyway. In short, I absolutely love it!

I find the software, Todoist, to be decent. It has features like tags, quick entry, good integrations, and subtasks. The app itself isn't particularly impressive, but it gets the job done. It provides a wide range of integration possibilities. If I were to judge a to-do app by how quickly I can enter an item, Todoist would rank highly. It integrates with Alfred, Fantastical, Slack, allowing me to input an item anywhere. However, I find the board view not very logical for managing tasks as they just disappear, or I have to switch the view to keep everything visible, which isn't ideal.

Conflicting Emotions on Todoist
Mixed Feelings I've used the premium version of Todoist on both Android and Windows a few years ago and had no issues with the program itself or its usability. However, in some countries, the cost of the premium version is too high for most people. I believe considering these regional differences and offering a student discount would be a significant improvement. I'm also disappointed that the education discount is no longer available, even though they've promised a better one in the future. In my opinion, the company should have kept the existing benefit while developing a better and more accessible one.

I've been using Todoist for the past 5 months since I started at my current company. I like its simplicity and how it helps me keep track of tasks and updates my team on completed tasks. However, I still prefer using the Notes App on my Mac because it lets me keep my tasks private, a feature I wish Todoist had. I find the Karma points system and notifications a bit confusing. I wish tasks wouldn't disappear from my inbox immediately after I complete them, but instead fade to a lighter color, letting me manually move them when I'm ready. I also wish I could organize tasks into folders or use some sort of color-coding. Despite these issues, I switched to Todoist because it's more straightforward and keeps everyone on my team informed.

I've been a dedicated user of Todoist for several years now and it's been an exciting journey watching it evolve. There have been a few bugs along the way, but the team is always quick to respond to the tickets I've raised. I appreciate their dedication to constant improvement. While there are still about 1 issues that are being worked on, I'm confident that they're on the case and will provide updates soon. One of the features I particularly enjoy is the location reminder. It's a unique feature that's still in its early stages, and currently, I can only assign it to myself. However, I'm excited about the potential it has once it's fully developed and can be assigned to others, just like the other reminders. I've encountered a few challenges, but I see them as opportunities for the software to grow and improve. I find it rewarding to report these issues, knowing that my feedback contributes to making Todoist better. It's a dynamic process and I'm thrilled to be part of it!
