However, it's a bit pricey and the cost increases significantly when switching between plans, especially when adding new users. I chose monday.com because it's very similar to what I was using before and I had heard positive reviews from colleagues. I think monday.com is excellent and I use it daily to organize my work. I used to use a spreadsheet for my to-do list, but monday.com improves this experience and offers more features without causing clutter. However, the cheaper versions have limitations, forcing me to delete old tasks to save money. I chose monday.com because it best met my needs for project tracking. I switched to it because my spreadsheet was getting messy with too many fields and unclassifiable data.

Challenging and Not User-Friendly
I find the software, Monday, very unintuitive and hard to use. The videos on Workflow Automation are outdated and don't match the current board. It's impossible to use a template in an email automation, forcing me to type each one by hand. I've given up due to its difficulty of use. I consider it very poor software and warn others to use it at their own risk.

I find Monday to be a fantastic addition to our toolstack. We mainly use it for task monitoring, but also for forms and email marketing. It's a well-designed product that benefits small businesses. It's reliable, has good uptime, and rarely causes issues. I'm pleased with the benefits it has brought to our business. It's a great tool for managing projects and tasks. Its usage limits are high enough for us to maximize its benefits without exceeding our budget. It offers various modules for different needs. The interface is user-friendly and easy to learn. We were able to use it confidently within a week or two. There are minor bugs and we couldn't connect it to all our tools natively, but overall, we're satisfied. We chose Monday over Trello, which seemed too simplistic, and Jira, which was too complex.
