Powerful Yet User-Friendly: iContact
I appreciate the Salesforce sync feature in iContact, which is bi-directional and easy to set up. The reports are clear and easy to comprehend. I also value the customer support that provides both strategic and technical assistance. They are readily available and assign a representative to me, fostering a better working relationship. However, I find the list management feature somewhat confusing, particularly when differentiating between lists and segments. I frequently revert to Salesforce to generate a new list. I am glad to know that they are working on improvements to enhance the user experience.

I have been using iContact for a decade to handle the email marketing services for my clients, who vary from single to hundreds of locations. The software has grown with my needs, especially as the need for automation and integration with third-party systems has risen. The key to excellent software is support coupled with the necessary features, and I have found that in iContact. I have not come across anything I can't do with iContact. If I can't figure something out, a call to support provides the solution I need. According to a major client of mine, the API is robust and user-friendly. However, there are aspects of the software's user interface that could be enhanced, particularly the creation and management of segments. The vendor responded to my review, expressing appreciation and assuring me that my suggestions for improving the segments UI would be taken into account as they continue to develop the platform.

I've been a dedicated user of iContact for several years and recently decided to take a break from my subscription. The process was quite straightforward, requiring me to get in touch with a customer service representative who then passed my information to a customer success manager. I was impressed by the level of personal attention given to my case. The representative I spoke with was about to go on vacation, but she assured me she would follow up on my request the following Monday. I appreciated her dedication to her job even during her time off. Although I was going through some financial difficulties due to health issues, she was very understanding and tried to offer me solutions to keep my account active. After a few email exchanges, she informed me that she had escalated my request for a refund to upper management or the billing team. I was pleased to see that she was taking my concerns seriously and doing her best to help me out. I've always been a loyal customer to iContact, and their handling of this situation only reinforced my trust in them. They showed me that they value their customers and are willing to go the extra mile to ensure their satisfaction. It's been over a month since I first contacted them about the cancellation, and I was surprised to see that they had charged me for an additional month. However, I'm confident that they will resolve this issue promptly. Their commitment to customer service is evident, and I'm looking forward to seeing how they handle this situation.
