From a design standpoint, it appears very professional and the drag-and-drop building blocks provide complete control and flexibility. Up to this point, I haven't run into any problems and the experience has been outstanding. I selected MailerLite for its user interface, design, cost-effectiveness, and simplicity of use. I switched from Mailchimp because it is overhyped, too costly for what it delivers, and has potentially damaging policies that could unexpectedly affect my business.

New Version Falls Short of Expectations
I was initially pleased with the old version of MailerLite, as it provided straightforward email marketing and automation at a competitive price compared to MailChimp. I was looking forward to the new version, which promised an improved user interface. However, I was let down when they introduced a new pricing structure that was nearly twice as much as the old one, with no new features available at launch. They seemed to disregard feedback from their community, hiking up prices and eliminating live support unless you pay triple the amount. The only new feature was 'Facebook Audiences', which I didn't try due to the cost. The most significant disappointment was the absence of migration tools at launch, leaving their existing customers in the lurch. When they finally released the tools, they only transferred subscribers and groups, not automations, pop-ups, embeds or past campaigns and reports. The new platform also had problems with account creation and migration from MailChimp. It felt hurried and unprofessional, and demonstrated a lack of concern for their old customers.
