iContact: A Key Tool for My Job Success
I find iContact to be a user-friendly product that is very useful in my company. We send thousands of emails weekly and it's always easy to create and send an email immediately. I particularly enjoy the dashboard feature which helps me keep track of sent and pending emails. I also appreciate the technology that deletes duplicate contacts, saving me time. The customer support is excellent, always responsive to my queries. However, I find it time-consuming to upload multiple excel sheets one at a time when creating a contact list. I also wish I could delete more than one contact list at once. Additionally, I would like to see the full title of my contact list in the "upload contact" box, as it sometimes gets cut off if it's too long. The vendor has acknowledged these concerns and is working on improving the product. They allow up to 5 concurrent uploads, but they must be started one at a time. They also confirmed that they cannot upload multiple sheets from one excel file, but they have noted this.
