By switching to Jive, I'm saving thousands of dollars every year. Not only am I saving a significant amount of money, but I also have brand new phones and features I never thought were possible. My experience with GoTo-Connect has been average. It's not terrible, but it's not great either. I'm contemplating switching to a new product when my contract expires in a few months. This was my first encounter with a cloud-based phone system, having moved from an on-site Wave system. I value the convenience of managing it from anywhere. However, the call quality is often subpar, with my users frequently complaining about dropped calls or calls with static or interruptions. I opted for GoTo Connect because it was suggested by the MSP we were associated with. I transitioned to it because I believe cloud-based and cloud-managed phone systems are the future.

Highly Satisfied with GoToConnect
I have been using GoToConnect for about 5 years and I've seen it improve over time. It has been an excellent tool for my Financial Services agency, enabling me to easily adjust the dial plan. The user interface is superb and allows me to text or call from any device, and even conduct virtual meetings from anywhere with an internet connection. I have no complaints and rarely encounter any glitches or issues. I chose GoToConnect because my son recommended it after reviewing several other services. I've been very satisfied with this company and plan to continue using GoToConnect. I switched to GoToConnect when I moved offices and the previous service was no longer available. After some research, I found GoToConnect, formerly known as Jive.
