Top-tier Chatbot Experience!
I really value the chatbot feature of Landbot, especially its flexibility that allows me to create bots according to my needs. However, I'm puzzled as to why I have to pay to sync it with Facebook Messenger. I also wish there was an Android app available. I'm a big fan of the chatbot interface; it's user-friendly, intuitive, and perfect for new brands and companies that need online customer service. I strongly recommend trying the free version and not just sticking to the landbot.io homepage. My only gripe is that the chatbot is only available in English, which makes it hard for me to recommend to some of my clients who don't speak English. I chose Landbot as an experiment and it's exceeding my expectations.

I am using the Landbot chatbot tool on several websites and I find it excellent. However, it's crucial to have a clear plan on how to use it before starting to build your chatbot. As a marketer, not a developer, I initially found chatbot building challenging. But Landbot's user-friendly interface makes it easy and intuitive. They also provide numerous templates to speed up the process. I appreciate the ability to design and brand each chatbot individually, allowing me to use different chatbots on different websites. However, creating a customer-friendly chatbot that doesn't annoy visitors requires significant time and planning. It's essential to map out conversations and responses in advance to avoid any dead ends. The Landbot team responded to my review in May 2019, expressing their commitment to making the process even easier and their pleasure in knowing I enjoy using their tool on multiple websites.

I believe that Landbot is an excellent and user-friendly chat-bot creator, suitable for both novices and experts. The team at Landbot.io is doing a fantastic job as the software is simple to use and all our team members can manage it. What I value the most are the power-ups and integrations they provide. We have utilized it to develop complex bots with a lot of conditional logic. Even though it takes a bit longer for the chat-bot to save at a certain point, the user doesn't notice any difference. This leads me to believe that the software is also ideal for highly complicated bots. I chose Landbot because it's the most comprehensive solution, easy to use, and offers incredible value for the price. I intend to continue using it as I feel part of the Landbot.io family and am excited to grow with them.

I find Landbot to be a functional tool, but the support is terrible. They were very helpful when I was purchasing a package, but after signing the contract, they failed to schedule a kickoff meeting. Now, it takes them days to answer simple questions about implementation.
