Engaging Blend of Communication and Review Service
Originally, I was looking for a reputation management service, but I ended up using Podium mainly as a communication tool for our loan officers and new leads. I like that everything is done through SMS, allowing our loan officers to call the lead immediately. Our business primarily operates over the phone, so Podium is a good fit for us. However, I wouldn't recommend it for all industries. We conduct chats with customers through texts and different sales agents can respond, with no limit to the number of sales agents on one account. Unfortunately, it doesn't integrate with our CRM tool, Hubspot, and we're not really using the review feature of Podium. There's also no automatic chatbot integration. I chose Podium because it had an interesting SMS chat feature that I wanted to try.

I've been using Podium software for my business and it's been an interesting journey. Initially, I was drawn in by their promise to help boost my Google reviews and the flexibility of their no-contract, cancel anytime policy. My wife even had a chat with their sales team who confirmed this. I must say, their sales team is quite persuasive and knowledgeable. Recently, I had a bit of a mix-up when I tried to cancel my subscription. It turned out that my contract doesn't expire until August 223. However, this gave me an opportunity to really delve into the software and explore its features. I'm now looking forward to maximizing its potential for my business in the coming months.

Absolutely thrilled! My 7-day trial with Podium was an enlightening experience. Initially, I was intrigued by the idea of investing $249 per month. After interacting with their unique customer service, I decided to make some changes and that's when the adventure truly began. The customer service team in Utah was refreshingly straightforward, ambitious, and an absolute value for my time. They showed a different approach in assisting me due to my low volume of credit card payments. It's fascinating how this credit card processor also assists with Google reviews. Most of their reviews seem genuine and it's interesting how Mr. Podium prefers to let his customers' experiences speak for themselves. I strongly recommend giving Podium a try!

Everything Under One Roof!
I've been really enjoying using Podium and I believe it's been a worthwhile investment. We've looked at other similar software, but we keep trusting Podium because of the variety of services they provide. It's fantastic that our tech-savvy younger employees are comfortable with this software, and it's also simple enough for our older employees to use. I'm confident we'll keep using Podium for many more years. I appreciate that all our messages, whether they're from various social media sites or our own website, come to one place. It's handy that all our employees can access this site, allowing us to respond quickly to incoming messages. I also like that our reviews show up here and we can respond to them through the Podium platform, instead of having to visit Google, Facebook, Yelp, etc. separately. I do wish we could consolidate review notifications to avoid duplicate messages. We chose Podium because it handles the messaging aspect of our website, inquiries from Facebook, text messages. I'm speaking in the first person.
