Pulseway: Unbeatable Monitoring Solution!
I began using Pulseway a few years back, after having difficulties with another product that was hard to configure and gave too many false alerts. Pulseway was a game changer. It's reasonably priced, unlike my previous solution which was very costly with inconsistent support. Pulseway is simple to set up and can be securely accessed from a PC or smartphone. It enables me to carry out crucial tasks like restarting services and rebooting machines remotely. I get the right alerts directly to my phone or desktop, regardless of my location. I recall being on a beach in Maui during Christmas when one of my servers encountered a problem. With Pulseway, I was able to clear the alert, check the server status and restart the service without having to leave my spot on the beach. My organization has fully adopted this software. I recommended it to a colleague who was having problems with a server logging out every weekend. He installed Pulseway and was able to keep the server signed in while we worked on a permanent solution.

Pulseway: Unbeatable in System Monitoring and Support
I started using Pulseway when I was working at an MSP and continued to use it when I became the Technical Director of my current company. It helps me monitor my systems, detect problems, and support my users regardless of where we are. I like that Pulseway is feature-rich and stable, and not as big as other competitors who have had security breaches. However, they can be a bit aggressive with their sales pitches, even after I've said I'll reach out if necessary. Lately, they've been sending alerts as if they are urgent issues that need my attention, which I don't appreciate during my free time.

Solid Product, Inconsistent Support: A Pulseway Experience
I've been a user of Pulseway's Pro version for years until I was forced to upgrade to the Teams plan, a change that wasn't optional. The transition was poorly managed by Pulseway, causing me so much frustration that I switched all my endpoints to a different product. I think if you start with the Teams plan, your experience might be better, but be cautious of any forced changes in the future. The core Pulseway software is excellent and reliable, offering features like custom scripts, cross-platform compatibility, and custom alerts. However, some peripheral aspects aren't as good. The antivirus integration, particularly with Kaspersky, feels a bit off and deploying custom whitelists and exclusions that work is challenging. I initially chose Pulseway over other options due to its attractive price point and features. However, I left because of poor customer service and forced upgrades on my account.

Superb Solution with Pulseway
I find Pulseway extremely user-friendly for managing our customer's main systems. Its mobile app is excellent and simple to navigate. Although there were some initial missing features, the software has significantly evolved. The only current requirement is a delayed server restart feature. We chose Pulseway primarily for its mobile app and additional useful features.
