      Establishing Support Excellence

      As a novice in using VOIP, I initially found it difficult to comprehend the technical terms. I decided to use AceFone's VOIP service for my home setup when I transitioned from my copper landline to full fibre. I was concerned about losing my landline number during this process. To connect the DECT phones in my house with the AceFone VOIP service, I bought a Gigaset N300ip unit. I required additional information from AceFone to input into this base unit. The AceFone representative spent 90 minutes assisting me with the setup. He was persistent and I never felt any pressure that the issue couldn't be resolved. He remotely controlled my computer via ZOHO and managed the settings in the base unit interface. Even after successfully setting up the connection and equipment, it wouldn't have been easy without his help. I'm extremely grateful for such a determined support agent. I chose Acefone due to its competitive pricing and positive reviews, and I appreciate the simple interface and supporting documentation jargon.

      Plagued with Bugs: Acefone's Downfall

      I am extremely unhappy with the Acefone system. It seems to have been launched with little testing, leading to many problems with the service. We often can't receive incoming calls and the system crashes frequently. Choosing this company was the worst decision our business ever made. The support is also awful, they constantly ignore our issues and falsely say that the problems have been fixed. If the system worked as it should, it would be great, but it rarely does. We spend more time talking to support than to our customers. We chose Acefone because of its appealing price and seemingly easy setup. In response to our complaints, Acefone apologized for the inconvenience and assured us they are working on fixing the bugs. They also urged us to contact them for any further questions or concerns.

      This is my review of the software, Acefone. It was one of the worst commercial software experiences I've ever had. While the calls had high quality sound when connected, the India-based company's support team made undeliverable promises. It was always someone else's fault within the company. Cancelling during the 'free trial' was an absolute nightmare, and it seems like I may need to file a chargeback with my credit card company.
