Wrike's Transparency and Customer Communication: A Potential Customer's Experience
As a potential Wrike customer, I was pleasantly surprised to receive a proactive communication from them after an unexpected charge on my card. Nurlan Dgafarly from Wrike promptly responded on Dec 7, 22, providing a clear explanation about their no refund policy, as outlined in their Terms of Services. I appreciated their transparency and the fact that they took the time to consult their UK legal advisor to ensure they were providing accurate information. They explained that remote trading does not come with a cooling-off period. I also found it enlightening when they clarified that Wrike is a business solution designed for organizations, not individuals. This made me realize that consumer protection acts for individual persons do not apply to this type of purchase. It's great to see a company that is so upfront and clear about their policies!

Embracing Future-Proof Business with Wrike: A Unique Customer Experience
My experience with Wrike has been truly unique! Their customer service is quite distinctive, as they prefer to communicate via email, ensuring that all your queries are documented and can be referred back to. It took me about 4-5 emails to get a call, which I found to be a thorough process, ensuring that all my concerns were addressed. What I found particularly interesting about Wrike is their unique licensing system. If you need an additional license, they offer them in bundles of 1. This might seem a bit much if you only need one, but it's actually a great way to future-proof your business. When I needed just one more license for an extra employee, they encouraged me to think ahead and invest in the 1-license bundle. Moreover, they have a steadfast policy when it comes to multi-year contracts. Once you've chosen a number of licenses, you stick with it for the duration of the contract. This might seem rigid, but it actually helped me plan my resources better. Even though I only needed 38 licenses, I ended up with 5, which gave me room to grow without worrying about additional licenses. It's clear to me that Wrike is a company that values long-term planning and foresight. They encourage their customers to think ahead and prepare for growth. I highly recommend this company for anyone looking for a project management platform that pushes you to plan for the future. There are many other platforms out there, but Wrike stands out with its unique approach to customer service and licensing.

Awful Experience with Numerous Business Logic Errors in Wrike
While Wrike offers decent features, many of them are plagued with bugs and don't function as intended. I used the professional version which was satisfactory, but the Enterprise version is riddled with errors and problems. To make matters worse, customer support is only available during limited hours. After sending an email, it takes several days of back and forth before a call is scheduled. Despite paying for the software, we've had to delay going live due to numerous issues and inconsistencies. Basic issues like user role access setup on the tool don't work. Anyone assigned a task can make any changes they want, reassign tasks, delete tasks, cancel tasks, etc. It's incredibly frustrating.

Wrike: My Top Choice for Project Management Software
My team's collaborative skills allow us to efficiently finish projects and tasks. As a manager, I can check in at any time to see how things are progressing. Wrike stands out significantly compared to other project management software. It provides numerous built-in tools and integrations on its platform that boost our team's productivity. It's user-friendly and adaptable to our team's needs, making it a pleasure to use. Wrike is a strong and flexible project management tool, but its complexity can be a learning hurdle for some team members. However, extensive training and support resources can greatly enhance our use of Wrike. We switched to Wrike because it has aided us in managing projects and workflows across different teams and departments. The most beneficial feature for us has been the ability to collect all the necessary data to complete a complex project from the beginning and share that data across departments.

An Investment Worth Making: My Experience with Wrike Project Management Software
I had the opportunity to use Wrike, a comprehensive project management software, for two weeks. I initially thought about cancelling, but their team was so committed to ensuring I understood the value of their product, it felt like they were part of my startup team. We ended up investing $3k in this software, which might seem like a lot, but considering the robust features and capabilities it offers, it's a worthwhile investment that you won't find in free alternatives. The software has clear billing and cancellation policies, which I appreciate for their transparency.

Wrike - A Solid Microsoft Planner Alternative, But Lacks Teams' Communication Features
Wrike is great for task and project management, but it falls short in communication features. We ended up using Teams for communication and collaboration in addition to Wrike. If Wrike could add screen sharing, messaging, and video conferencing, even just in its paid versions, it would be a more complete solution for us. The user interface and user experience are excellent, with attractive font and graphics. Once you get over the learning curve, planning and adding tasks is easy. However, I was disappointed that the Gantt chart feature was only available with a subscription. I subscribed specifically for the Gantt chart, which I found very helpful. We chose Wrike over Microsoft Project because, although the latter is powerful, it was too complex and required too much setup for our small team. Wrike was more user-friendly and better suited our needs. The main reason we switched to Wrike was for the Gantt chart, which allowed us to easily visualize our projects and tasks. Microsoft Project also has Gantt charts.
