Excellent Project Management Tool for Start-ups
Overall, I'm satisfied with nTask and I'm excited to see how the development team will enhance this already impressive software. I was impressed by the ease with which I could start using nTask and immediately assign tasks and projects. Within the first day, my team and I managed to set up the software and make it usable for everyone. After a few months of use, we were able to gather stats/data from each project, which helped us to better estimate future projects. However, I was surprised to find that there was no timer feature. As I deal with many small tasks throughout my work day, I use a timer to better track each task. I switched to nTask because I was unhappy with the customer support at Basecamp. I appreciate the positive review and it's great to hear that nTask is beneficial for me and my team. I was informed that there actually is a timer feature.

Enhanced Gantt Chart Functionality Needed!
I find nTask to be a decent software, but it lacks the features I need for my specific needs. It's more affordable than most other software in its category, and I appreciate the good support provided by nTask. I primarily signed up for nTask to use the Gantt chart feature. However, I was disappointed to find out that I couldn't view all tasks from different projects in one Gantt chart. As a small business with limited resources, managing several projects, it would be extremely beneficial for me to see how my time is distributed across different projects at the same time, instead of having to log into each project individually. I switched to nTask because I need to see all my tasks from different projects in one Gantt chart view. The vendor responded to my review in July 2022, stating that they could customize the software to meet my specific needs and asked me to get in touch with them.

I think ntask is a fantastic task management software with outstanding time-tracking capabilities. It also functions as a risk management tool, helping to mitigate any threats and includes issue tracking to maintain my projects without any problems. However, it currently doesn't integrate with Zoom, but the company has promised to add this feature soon.

I appreciate nTask for its project planning and management capabilities, and its chat features that improve team communication and collaboration. However, it's not ideal for teams over 50 people and lacks advanced reporting features. The vendor responded to my review in August 2022, stating they are working on adding advanced reporting to nTask soon and advised me to stay tuned for updates.
