I find Outplay extremely easy to set up and use. Its workflows are quite flexible and it has a very intuitive user interface that makes working with the tool enjoyable. Although its reporting and a few other features could be more detailed, there are no major shortcomings. The best part about Outplay is its team - they are very responsive, provide great support, and are genuinely good people.

My experience with Outplay as an admin has been excellent. It was simple to set up and took less than a day to deploy. Our Sales team enjoys using it and I would recommend it to anyone. Outplay is a comprehensive Sales enablement and marketing platform that we use to organize new sales leads and reach out to them with custom sequences. Its built-in dialer and local presence features simplify phone call outreach. If you're looking for a cheaper alternative to something like HubSpot, I highly recommend Outplay. Their customer service is top-notch and I have very few complaints about it. We switched to Outplay because of its price and got an incredible deal for it on AppSumo. Overall, it's been a fantastic experience using this platform.

Outplay: A Superior Choice for Marketing Automation
I strongly recommend Outplay for its exceptional functionality and support. It provides the same features as other marketing automation tools like Email, LinkedIn, Text, and Voicemail drops, and it performs as promised. The support from the Outplay team is excellent. Most of the problems I've faced were self-caused, but whenever I needed assistance, the staff's response was quick and far better than other companies I've dealt with. They don't just hand you off from one support tech to another. The voicemail drop feature works well, though there's room for improvement. I switched to Outplay because with the previous software, I was constantly shuffled from one support tech to another without anyone taking responsibility for the issue. I stopped using it with six months left on the contract due to the frustration of dealing with their customer support team. It also took some time to set up, particularly if you're not familiar with marketing automation software.
