Remarkable Sales Automation Tool, Klenty - Not Without Its Glitches
Overall, I've been quite impressed with Klenty, a sales automation tool based in India. After years of using on-site and SaaS CRMs, I decided to try something different for my use-case, which primarily involves automating outbound sales funnels. I evaluated numerous options, including Woodpecker, but ultimately chose Klenty due to its simple and intuitive user interface. My experience has been mostly positive, despite encountering a few bugs. For example, I recently had to contact their support team to figure out why two sending cadences weren't running as they should have been. Despite previous poor experiences with support teams, I found Klenty's team to be polite, knowledgeable, and helpful. I plan to continue using this tool and am reassured by the supportive team ready to help resolve any issues. The software allows easy swapping of email IDs for cadences, basic sales email automation, and tracks open and clickthrough rates. However, there are minor glitches and bugs that need to be addressed.

Perfect for Beginners, Excellent for Pros
I'm very pleased with my achievements using Klenty. It's user-friendly, continually evolving, and has excellent customer service. I value the option to turn features on and off. They also provide a 14-day free trial. However, it's somewhat costly as they bill per mailbox and restrict you to just one primary mailbox and two extras. If you require more, you must create another account. I selected Klenty because it appeared to be the best choice and was suggested by a coworker.
