It also has an aesthetically pleasing interface and allows me to capture customer's email addresses on a schedule. However, there are occasional bugs and some basic functionalities are missing at lower price points. I chose HelpCrunch because it seemed best for direct interaction and problem-solving, and other chat clients were either too focused on lead generation or too expensive for a small team. I switched to HelpCrunch from Intercom due to their slow response and higher cost.
