I find the Smartsupp plugin and software to be excellent for our ecommerce shops. It integrates seamlessly with our Wordpress site and matches well with our themes and appearances. The software offers valuable insights that assist us in managing customer service. It's reasonably priced, which is crucial for us as a small business. The overall interface is fantastic and easy to get started with. However, it lacks some features compared to its competitors, such as social integrations. Also, despite having notifications enabled, the mobile app wasn't alerting us to conversations. We switched to Smartsupp primarily because of its competitive pricing for similar features. We did lose some features, but most of them were not a high priority for us.
