Besides surveys, it can also be used to create quick training materials, complete with quizzes and automatic scoring. Its integrations with popular SaaS products make it even more powerful.What distinguishes Alchemer is its outstanding customer support, which is comparable to renowned online companies like Zappos. They go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. It's evident that they are passionate about what they do and they treat their customers for life. I've been with them for over 4 years and I highly recommend them.The platform is continually improving and offers a full feature set. It's flexible, customizable, and provides excellent customer service. However, some of the advanced features may require some training.

About 4-5 years ago, my company was looking for a more comprehensive tool than the popular SurveyMonkey. We came across SurveyGizmo, now known as Alchemer, and have never looked back. It provides everything needed for surveys, just like other tools, but it truly excels in quizzes, forms, customization, and support. We often create landing pages and microsites using embedded quizzes or forms from Alchemer, which saves us time and offers more functionality than we could realistically create ourselves. The system is consistently reliable, with no significant outages, even during frequent DDOS attacks on similar tools. Furthermore, the support provided, both over the phone and through their online system, is outstanding. They offer quick responses, effective solutions, and are a pleasure to work with. We gain immense value from Alchemer and I would highly recommend it to anyone working in communications, marketing, or research. It's a flexible, comprehensive solution with a modern design and great support.

I use Alchemer, previously known as Survey Gizmo, to execute my deep dive survey strategy. It enables me to do this swiftly and effortlessly, and my overall experience has been positive. What I value most about Alchemer is its adaptability - it allows me to create any kind of survey I need, no matter how complex. I can then export the data exactly as I need it. This allows me to implement my deep dive survey strategy, collect responses from Facebook ad traffic, and export the data to Excel in the correct format for analysis. I don't have many criticisms about this software, but I believe they could enhance it by adding more templates. Overall, it's a robust platform.
