I find BlockSurvey to be intuitive and easy to use, even for interns. It has saved me significant time by enabling the creation of various types of surveys. Compared to Survey Monkey and Google Forms, which are poor for customer surveys, BlockSurvey is far superior. I've also seen success with my clients using the upload feature.
