I've been using SurveyMonkey for a while now and I must say, their new Device Removal Limit feature is quite innovative! It's designed to allow users to manage their authorized devices effectively. You can remove one of your two authorized devices up to 1 times, which is a great way to keep your account secure. My company has a unique setup where we assign new IP addresses with each reboot and have a strict policy against accepting browser cookies. This means I often have to reauthorize my device, even though it's the same computer. But guess what? SurveyMonkey's help desk was super responsive when I reached out to them about this. They suggested a workaround - accepting their cookies, which would make the process smoother. While my company's policy doesn't allow this, I appreciate SurveyMonkey's proactive approach in offering a solution. Plus, it's worth noting that their cookies are designed to enhance user experience and not to track personal internet activity. And considering the top-notch services I receive for my annual subscription of over $45, it's a small trade-off. I'm looking forward to seeing how SurveyMonkey continues to evolve and improve their services!
