It has simplified the process for our customers to reach us and has made it more efficient for our agents to assist them, as all user-related information appears with the call. Our customers appreciate that the calls are free of charge (VoIP calls), regardless of their location. It has also become easier for us to collect data such as the reasons for customer calls, the timing of these calls, and peak call times. Their open API allowed us to create our own call button from scratch, enabling us to define, build, and enhance the Phone Support Experience we wanted to provide to our clients. The Snapcall Team is receptive to feedback to improve their services, which makes it easier for us to implement new features and improvements on the phone support button. I would recommend Snapcall to any company looking to better manage call volume, redefine their Customer Experience, and more effectively collect phone call data.
