      I am generally very pleased with Yodel and intend to keep using it for our business. It integrates well with our other systems and the customer support is excellent. However, the mobile app doesn't display caller ID and I wish I could call customer service directly. We chose Yodel due to its seamless integration with our other business systems.

      Yodel has greatly enhanced our communication by liberating our staff from managing our ad-hoc Google Voice system and integrating it with Slack, where most of our communication occurs. I was pleasantly surprised by the unique features of Yodel. The digital assistant can be customized with a personal greeting, it can inquire the caller about their intended department or person, and even respond to simple questions using certain integrations. These are features I didn't anticipate finding outside of a costly enterprise solution. Operating our phone system through Slack has increased our productivity as we can screen calls without blindly answering the phone. However, answering and forwarding calls can be time-consuming, particularly when the phone is constantly ringing. I wish there was a straightforward, in-Slack method for forwarding incoming calls to our physical phones. I'm optimistic that this will be more easily handled once Yodel releases their Windows apps.
