I've been using Pipefy for a few years now and it's been an absolutely fantastic product! It's been a smooth ride with no issues whatsoever. Even after I decided to cancel my subscription, they were so committed to providing me with their service that they continued to charge me. Their support team was so dedicated, they stuck to their stance even after I informed them. My credit card company even got involved and reversed the charges, but Pipefy's commitment to their service was unwavering. I've been in constant communication with them and I'm hopeful we'll find a resolution soon. If not, it might just be an excuse for me to get a new credit card!
