I find the Kissflow app to be raw and flexible, allowing me to tailor it to different verticals. Instead of buying multiple apps for various processes, Kissflow has served as a one-stop solution for HR, Finance, and administrative workflows. I applaud the team for their outstanding performance and cost-effectiveness. I do wish there was more clarity on API integration in the FAQ section, as it can be challenging for those who are not tech-savvy. However, the support team was incredibly helpful. I also believe it would be useful to have a communication channel between different users and administrators. If Kissflow could send emails independently, without needing third-party integration, it would be a complete business package.
