Lacking in Quality Examples and Models
I haven't seen any benefits from using Pipefy. I did, however, appreciate its integration with other systems through email and API. I struggled to find good examples and ways to operate the system. I didn't personally choose Pipefy. We switched to it because we found more examples and ways to understand Trello's functions and configurations.

Anticipating Pipefy's Customer Support: A Unique Experience
I've had several opportunities to interact with Pipefy's customer support and I must say, the anticipation builds up quite a bit! It's like waiting for a surprise gift, sometimes it takes a week or two to arrive. And there have been times when I didn't get a response, which just added to the suspense! It gave me a chance to follow up and engage more with their team.

I must say, Pipefy is an absolutely fantastic product! It's true, there have been a few bugs here and there, but I see it as an opportunity for the software to evolve and improve. I've had some interactions with their customer support, and while there's room for improvement, I'm confident they're working hard to enhance their service. In fact, they even responded to my review here, which shows they're listening! I'm eagerly looking forward to seeing how they address my support issue.

Wishing for a More Comprehensive Pipefy
I wish Pipefy was more comprehensive and user-friendly. I prefer direct integrations over using Zapier, which I dislike. Without connections, the software isn't very helpful, but it improves with them. I also wish the reporting feature was better.

However, as we utilize Pipefy for all our processes, some features only accessible in higher plans would be extremely beneficial.
