      Unprofessional Team and Poor Value for Money

      I initially thought the software was good, but later felt that I was sold an overpriced version that wasn't worth the money. I found the support system to be lacking, particularly when I ran into problems. The software isn't supported by many websites. However, integrating the payment system was easy and processing payments was straightforward. I found the software difficult to use and it didn't connect to many websites. In response to my review, the Business Development Manager, Shaye Illich, claimed that my review was incorrect and that their team had addressed all my needs. He also said that the system's complexity depends on the individual property/rate setup and that they support a large number of OTAs. He suggested that my negative review might be an attempt to avoid paying outstanding bills, but assured me that they don't operate in such a way.

      Thriving with NewBook!

      I absolutely love the control that NewBook gives me. It enables me to access reports, pinpoint where I need to concentrate my marketing efforts, and even offers comparative charts. This software has significantly simplified everyone's life. There are numerous aspects of this software that I value. I especially adore the comprehensive training module that mirrors the live system, making it incredibly easy to train new staff. I also appreciate the ability to personalize some of the fields with terminology that resonates with me and my team. The simplicity with which I can view the business as a whole or delve into individual sites/cabins has made managing the caravan park and its team much simpler than before we implemented NewBook. There are many other features I love, such as color coding for individual users, audit trails, fantastic add-ons, and more. The setup process wasn't difficult, but like anything worthwhile, it required time and couldn't be completed by the support team without our input. I can't think of anything.

      Outstanding Product with Stellar Service!

      My experience with Newbook has been outstanding. I've seen a significant increase in revenue from the features that were set up and explained by Newbook. These features are not only easy to use and profitable, but the assistance to highlight and set up these new features is unparalleled compared to the previous PMS I used. The confidence and efficiency of the Newbook staff made me very confident in implementing these new features. The integration process was surprisingly easy and also easy to learn. It feels like someone has continually improved the program for the benefit of the users. The support at the time of switching was incredible and continues to be great. The dynamic pricing, the gateway, and the [SENSITIVE CONTENT] input were invaluable. The only minor issue I encountered was during the integration process. We had a large amount of money in client accounts due to Covid, and these did not transfer across. I understand the complexities of integrating two different systems and transferring all data. We eventually manually added a credit note to client.

      I enjoy using NewBook because the support team is always available and the knowledge base and support wiki are easily accessible for answers. The booking system is user-friendly and easy to teach, and the simplicity of changing rates and accounting is crucial for reports. NewBook also offers many other features.       Newbook has become a crucial part of my daily routine. The customer service is quick and efficient, taking into account my feedback and updating new features accordingly. I can't envision running a campground without this software. Everything, from reservations to communication between different teams for housekeeping and maintenance, is done through Newbook, greatly enhancing our customer experience. I initially started using Newbook for reservation management, which is excellent. Now, I find myself utilizing and appreciating many more features like reports and customer contact management. I've saved thousands of dollars thanks to the follow-up reports and tools. Sometimes, it takes a bit of time (a few months) for features to be perfected. However, I understand this is normal when doing "trial and error" instead of waiting for features to be perfect and then never releasing them. The pricing may seem a bit steep at first, but it's worth it as they offer the most user-friendly software in their category. I chose Newbook.
