However, I've faced problems with clients attempting to book on their own. There have also been cases where certain features, like applying packages to appointments and clients viewing their service history and upcoming services, don't work properly.

I've been enjoying getting to know Vagaro, finding it easy to learn and exciting for the new tools it offers to optimize my business. I plan to expand using Vagaro and I appreciate their fantastic customer service chat option. It provides immediate answers, either from a chat bot or live agents, whenever I'm unsure about something. However, I wish Vagaro would improve their website templates and email communication options. I need to customize lists and create better-looking newsletter templates. I also expected Vagaro to help me get more referrals, but it hasn't. I chose Vagaro because I had used it before at a spa and was familiar with it. I had also used Boulevard, but found it less flexible.
