I started using Evernote in 2010, shortly after its launch. It was a game-changer, especially for small business owners like myself who needed to organize their records. For over a decade, it was a lifesaver. I particularly valued its multi-device support and simplified web-clipping. I also liked the dark mode in the app and on the web, even though it took a while to be implemented on the desktop. However, in recent years, the user interface has become confusing and cluttered with poorly organized dashboard elements. It felt overcrowded and somewhat disorganized. There were also bugs in the design syncing between the mobile app, desktop software, and web interface. Their own spelling tool was outdated, missing many modern terms. The last straw for me was a significant price increase this year, from $74 to $130 per year, a 75% increase! I switched to Zoho Notebook, which is included in Zoho One that I use for my business, at no extra cost.

Although the task management feature can be overwhelming for some and requires a learning curve for new users, Evernote Teams has overall enhanced our collaboration and productivity. After trying various alternatives, I switched to Evernote Teams, impressed by its interface and the organization of its notes and libraries. I highly recommend it.
