My overall experience with NetSuite was largely positive. I was involved in the implementation process and found the software to be comprehensive. It provides a range of reports and includes analytic software that performs as expected. I particularly appreciated NetSuite's robustness and the confidence it gives in dealing with complete and verifiable information. However, I do think it's quite costly. There should be a limit to the type of companies that should invest in this software, as it may not be suitable for everyone. A company could potentially go bankrupt if it doesn't have a sufficient contribution margin to cover the cost. We switched to NetSuite because we needed a more robust accounting software.

Thrilled with Netsuite: A Worthwhile Investment for Robust Software
I'm absolutely thrilled with Netsuite software! It's an investment at £12K annually for 3 licenses, but the software is refreshingly simple and straightforward. There are so many features to explore and set up, which keeps things interesting. I had a minor hiccup with an additional license 6 months ago, but it was quickly resolved. They were firm about a £212 invoice, which shows their commitment to maintaining a professional business relationship. Plus, they bill me £4k per quarter, which is a manageable payment plan. While it can be a bit of a challenge to get in touch with someone, it's a small price to pay for such a robust software. I wholeheartedly recommend investing in it!

Implementing NetSuite was an exciting journey! They made a lot of promising commitments and provided support, albeit at a premium cost. Recently, we had a unique experience where our entire site was down for 22 hours. This gave us a chance to pause, reflect and strategize on our orders and account access. NetSuite was quick to respond, reaching out to us just 8 hours into the outage. Although we didn't have an estimated time for recovery, it was a thrilling challenge to navigate. I would highly recommend choosing NetSuite for a dynamic and engaging experience!

As a NetSuite Administrator for eight years, I find it to be an all-inclusive software that we use across our entire company, from Sales and Services to Accounting and Warehousing. After years of using different ERP systems, NetSuite is my top choice due to its adaptability and ease of use across all sectors. However, its versatility can be overwhelming, so it's crucial to study the available modules before deciding which one is best for your company. Switching to NetSuite was a great decision as it's highly intuitive, making report changes and additions easy. It also adapts easily and helps in tracking inventory and inventory locations. We've upgraded to NetSuite WMS, Procurement, and MRP. I wouldn't consider using another ERP system. The vendor responded to my review.

After investing a year and a considerable amount of resources into implementing Netsuite, I've gained a wealth of knowledge and experience. The entire process was fascinating. The sales team was ambitious and the implementation team, hailing from various parts of the globe, brought a unique international perspective. There were even opportunities to correct mathematical discrepancies, which was an interesting challenge. The experience was invigorating and I would recommend embracing it. Judging by other reviews, they seem to have a unique approach to customer feedback. Now, they're giving me the space and time I need to decide on the future of this project.
