      I find Customerly easy to use, offering advanced customer relations management and many features that improve our support. The software is fantastic with minimal downsides. However, I wish I could add more users to the Essentials plan, which is currently limited to 3.

      I am extremely satisfied with the Customerly software. It works perfectly and has all the features a business could ever need, and even more. I have been using Customerly for a long time and am very happy with it. I have even recommended it to other businesses. The smart assign feature is really cool and the interface is very nice. However, the dashboard could be less confusing and clutter-free. I chose Customerly because it offers better plans and pricing, and even has a free version to test out the service and make an informed decision.

Its features are perfect for a SaaS business like ours, especially for client support and notifying them about new updates and product releases. I absolutely love this software! A minor issue is that I would like to integrate it with Zapier on our Slack channel when we receive a client message, but this is a very minor point. They do offer other useful Zapier integrations. I chose Customerly because it had all the features we needed for support and client engagement. I switched from Intercom because it was too expensive and overly complicated for our needs. The vendor responded with gratitude for my kind words, expressing their pleasure in helping other SaaS founders better engage and communicate with their customers.
