Efficient Yet Challenging to Master the Features
Overall, my experience with the Vbout team has been excellent. Their customer support has surpassed my expectations and the process didn't feel sales driven. I particularly enjoy their monthly webinars. Vbout has simplified our marketing, branding, and promotional activities, and has been able to automate our Facebook activities, which our clients are very pleased with. They truly excel in this area. However, I'm not fond of the fact that the Basic LTD tier doesn't allow for the removal of their branding. I switched to Vbout from MailChimp because it offers social media automation, a feature that MailChimp lacks.
