      I needed a way to get design feedback from clients and Userback offered the simplest solution with its "designs" feature. Now, I can easily create a project, upload a design (either JPG or PDF), share it with clients, receive feedback, and address it directly. Once the design is updated, I can upload a new version and ask for feedback again until I get approval. My main use is to get feedback directly on images and PDFs, and it works great for that. I like being able to upload a JPG to a specific "project", send a link to a client where they can annotate and comment directly on their ideas, and upload files if needed to supplement their notes. This has saved me from a lot of back-and-forth emailing. However, the annotation tools are somewhat limited for my needs, and I would like a "freehand" style tool to improve the accuracy of the feedback I receive. It would also be beneficial to have the ability.
