Transformed Our Hiring Process
Recruitee has an impressive user interface that aids us in organizing applicants effectively. It has revolutionized our interview scheduling and the manner in which we send offer or thank you letters. After a lengthy search, we found Recruitee and we are entirely pleased with the product. The only thing lacking is a custom form. I would be thrilled if I could embed a custom application form on my "Apply" page of the website, and have it automatically populate the Recruitee back-end. Currently, we are managing with the tools provided, which are mostly sufficient.

Overall, I find using Recruitee enjoyable as it's user-friendly and convenient. I think it's a suitable choice for any startup in need of a simple, GDPR-compliant recruiting system. Setting up the job portal and customizing it is easy, and posting new jobs is quick and straightforward. Customizing workflows is also simple, and it's fast to enable employees to use the software. Reviewing candidates using the evaluations feature is very convenient, as recruiters prepare notes that I can read. I frequently use the mobile app during interviews to view notes and resumes, eliminating the need to search through emails. However, we've experienced issues with the mobile app breaking down and not working for weeks before being fixed. It's also challenging to find candidates we didn't proceed with, and archiving positions makes it hard to locate them if we need to restore them later.

Recruitee: Stellar Customer Service, Limited Software Flexibility
I was looking for a solution for our recent implementation needs. We needed a software that could function as a powerful Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and also offer an easy-to-manage "recruit-a-friend" feature. Unfortunately, Recruitee didn't meet our customization needs. It only supports job sharing and doesn't allow a "referral" to track the status of their referee's application. However, I appreciated the team's sincere efforts to help us find a workaround, showing their dedication to customer service. The customer support I received was truly outstanding. Despite this, I found the software very limited and lacking in customization. It's offered as a fixed package that you have to accept as is.
