Recruitee: The Best System We've Tested
I've really enjoyed using Recruitee after trying out three other applicant systems over the past two years. This is the one we're sticking with! We're a small tech company with less than 15 job openings at any given time, and their middle plan suits us perfectly - it's also reasonably priced. Their user interface and user experience are top-notch - even our Design Director agrees. Everyone I've dealt with from their US sales and customer service team has been fantastic. They do ask for a lot of feedback, but they're a growing company and they genuinely listen to what you have to say. I would definitely recommend Recruitee over its competitors.

Caution! Recruitee's Unfair Pricing and Disrespect for Customers.
I chose Recruitee for its robust features and competitive pricing after extensive research on recruiting solutions. However, five months later, they increased our plan's price by 442% without any warning or option to retain the old plan. Despite the price hike, we would lose features compared to our old plan. I feel disrespected as a legacy customer. If I had to choose again, I might consider Recruiterbox or another solution. I am uncomfortable with a company that disrespects and price-gouges its customers. When I complained, Recruitee claimed there was a misunderstanding about their new feature tiers and pricing, stating that the new pricing model is for new customers and existing customers can keep their old plans. They suggested I contact their customer success team for more details.

Recruitee has become a crucial tool in my recruitment process, providing a comprehensive view of my candidates and automating numerous tasks such as automated emails. It seamlessly integrates with Outlook and is extremely user-friendly. Prior to Recruitee, I didn't have any similar software. Its fully customizable pipeline allows me to tailor it to encompass all stages of my recruitment process, and the email templates facilitate easy and consistent communication with my candidates. Like any product, it can take some time to review, research, and implement updates or new features, but these changes are worth the wait and I'm always kept up-to-date about developments.

Grateful for the Software
I appreciate Recruitee for its helpfulness and convenience, and I love all its features. However, I encountered a minor issue when trying to edit the job description - it wouldn't save my changes and would revert back. For instance, if I deleted spaces and clicked save, the spaces would reappear. But, repeatedly clicking the save button seemed to resolve this.

Excellent Recruitment Software
I recently reviewed Recruitee while searching for ATS systems for my company. I was pleasantly surprised from the beginning and found the platform to be very intuitive. Creating ads and tracking applications was straightforward, even for those not highly skilled in internet use. What I appreciated most was the cost-based pricing, the ability to customize the hiring pipeline for each ad, the reporting features for tracking hiring progress and statistics, and the careers page feature. I was able to create a unique careers page for our company within hours using their simple page designer, and could even add our own DNS record and Google Analytics code to track visits. I wholeheartedly recommend Recruitee to anyone in need of an ATS.

Top-tier Software and Support!
I believe that Recruitee is the best in class software with an excellent support team. It's flexible, scalable, and truly designed for recruiters. In my opinion, it's the simplest, best, and most cost-efficient solution for hiring. I've tried many systems, but the support here is always immediately available. The system is constantly evolving and the settings are incredibly flexible. It's clear to me that the development is focused on the needs of the Recruiter, rather than just developing unusable features. The pricing model, with monthly cancellation, is ideal. Once a position is filled, you can simply switch off Recruitee. I can't understand the negative reviews, at least not for the German market and support here.
