I began a new territory when we got this app and found the route planner helpful for initial visits to new customers. However, the forms don't save after being filled out. I wish I could see all the original responses from the first time I used a form, so I could just edit what has changed instead of having to fill out the entire form again.

I appreciate Outfield's map and directions feature, which lets me use Apple Maps by clicking on a location. I also like its ability to plan a trip and calculate the most efficient route. However, I've encountered lags and freezes, and sometimes lose information in drafts or have posts deleted automatically. The app opens slowly and it's frustrating that it closes each time I switch to another app, taking a long time to reopen and reboot.

However, I feel it needs more categories such as active, pending contract, and pect. I find it useful when adding new dealers but it needs more categories. I wish it could automatically upload addresses like when you check-in on Facebook. In response to my feedback, the vendor suggested I try the Deal Pipeline feature to assign accounts to customized stages. They also recommended the "Add from Nearby Places" feature for automatic address uploading.

I find it user-friendly, especially when uploading accounts and checking in to dealers. The forms are intuitive and our team enjoys using the software, encountering very few bugs. It simplifies my admin tasks and the reports are easy to forward and read for our internal team. However, I would like more organization options, such as sorting dealers by volume or type, and the ability to add more than 5 photos.

When we do get a chance to report, it shows up on the wrong day from an admin perspective. A feature to specify a date of an event when we can't check in at that time would be beneficial.
