Overview feature inconsistency: The software's overview feature is unreliable, with applicants often not receiving notifications and a high failure rate when sending additional documents
-
Lack of keyword search for candidates: Despite its useful features, the software lacks some crucial ones, such as the ability to search for candidates using keywords, which can slow down the recruitment process
-
Inability to change interview attendees: The software does not currently allow for changes in interview attendees, which can be inconvenient due to frequent schedule changes among managers.

Implementing Occupop in a Social Care Environment
The overview feature of Occupop is inconsistent. When I respond to applicants, they often don't receive notifications. Sending additional documents is not user-friendly, with a 90% failure rate. I don't receive notifications either, leaving me unsure if the candidate received my response. I usually end up contacting them manually for confirmation. I switched to Occupop mainly to save costs.

Efficient Applicant Tracking with Occupop
I find Occupop to be a great software with excellent customer service. Any problems are resolved on the same day. The software is user-friendly for both admins and end-users, and we were able to post roles immediately after purchase. However, it sometimes creates multiple candidate profiles with the same email address. The vendor has acknowledged this issue and will consider it for future product updates.
