Great Choice at a Competitive Price: nTask
I used nTask for a brief time, thinking of it as a substitute for Monday. However, I didn't find it comfortable to use. I selected nTask mainly because of its attractive pricing. Yet, I felt it lacked in features compared to Monday. My primary motivation for choosing and switching to nTask was to reduce costs. The vendor responded to my review in July 2022, expressing their desire to see me use nTask again and informing me that they are actively enhancing and adding new features.

The support team is outstanding, always ready to assist 24/7. I value the ability to view the same project from different angles, which has proven beneficial for various teams in our company. The Risk module is particularly robust and has been vital for managing large projects. However, the mobile app is outdated, which is a significant concern for us and probably many other users. I chose nTask for its simplicity, affordability, and the risk module. I switched to nTask due to its cost, superior support, and risk management capabilities. The vendor responded to my review, thanking me and informing me that they are actively working on improving the user interface.
