      Willo has been an essential tool for our company, particularly in recruiting a large number of candidates for a new company while working remotely. It has significantly cut down the time from application to hire and has been a crucial part of our recruitment process. I found Willo surprisingly easy to implement and manage. I was able to set up an open position, create interview questions, share with candidates, and review candidates with ease. However, I would like to see Willo integrated with other recruitment tools that I use, such as our candidate management system. I would also appreciate the option for candidates to upload a voice file instead of a video, especially for those who may not have a video-compatible device. I would also like the flexibility to turn this feature on or off per opening.

      This is my first time using a recruitment platform like Willo for our applications and shortlisting. I'm extremely satisfied with its user-friendliness and the considerable time it has saved us. There are also many more features I'm eager to explore. It's very straightforward to set up and use for your first job, and it can be operational in minutes. I've observed that some other platforms have preliminary screening questions before the video interview, which could be a beneficial addition to Willo. However, this isn't a significant issue as the video recording feature is very robust and allows for document uploads like CVs. I chose Willo for its cost-effectiveness and the speed at which I could get it operational. The vendor responded to my feedback and review, expressing their delight at hearing how much time I've saved. They responded in June 2021.

      Indeed, Poor Service

      I ordered items on the 2nd of December and my order was confirmed and money was taken within minutes. However, that was the last I heard from them. I received no dispatch date or notification and found it very difficult to navigate their website. I eventually found their customer service and emailed them, only to receive a confirmation email stating it would take them 3 days to respond. I've heard nothing from them and it's now the 7th. If this is how the Range is running the good name of Wilko, I don't think they'll last long. I'm extremely disappointed. My order did eventually turn up and was well packed, but I think they need to improve their communication and respond to emails sent to them.

      I just wanted to express my gratitude to the staff at Stroud and Kingswood, Bristol stores which I have been using for years. They are always helpful and hardworking. I believe the higher management should have foreseen the ongoing changes in town centres, but Wilkos was much superior than the likely replacements which will probably be more and more unnecessary stuff we don't need!
